  • All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-4 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination (typically 7-21 business days).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and select international locations.
  • Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes may take longer than usual.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Dual Drinks is not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit. If your order does not arrive, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@dualdrinks.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to assist!

Changes or Cancellations
